Ms. Ramya Mahendran is the founder of Design Squiggle, a company that is dedicated to bring affordable best in class innovation services and consulting to India-based institutions and organisations.
Ms. Ramya is a design thinking expert and business model coach who envisions new offerings, creates contextual consulting services and delivers the best of workshops and strategic coaching to students, young entrepreneurs and positively contribute to set up an innovative culture at organisation of all shapes and sizes.
Before Design Squiggle, Ms. Ramya worked for more than 7 years with the Cognizant Innovation Group and Cognizant Accelerator as an Innovation Consultant and Coach and worked with the aspiring intrapreneurs and help them shape their ideas into viable business models.
Prior to working as an innovation consultant, she also contributed to the growth of Cognizant group in Programmer Analysts capacity for almost two years. Ms. Ramya is an MBA in Finance and HR from Satyabhama University as well as a B.Ed. in Computer Engineering.
Ms. Ramya works with student entrepreneurs to build their business ideas into successful business models. She works with some of Tamil Nadu’s leading Technology and Business Incubators, Institution Innovation Councils and Entrepreneurship Cells. She specializes in setting up innovation strategy, opportunity identification, large-scale ideation campaigns and facilitating rapid prototyping events like design service jams and hackathons, organizing large-scale Innovation summits and global idea crowd-sourcing events.

Neeraj Gulati ji has spent the last 20 years building and nurturing innovative products, teams, methodologies, processes and mindsets.
Currently, he is the chief advisor to Honorable Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Manish Sisodia ji for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation landscape. The super-successful program of Delhi Govt. called Business Blasters is his co-creation.
Previously, in his capacity as a volunteer with the Prime Minister of India’s National Innovation Council, He drove the effort to develop an open, crowd-sourced childhood innovation ecosystem in India. Targeted for kids age 8-14, Todh-Fod-Jod encompassed de-construction, repair and re-purposing of everyday objects around us. Through this, kids developed authentic, hands-on connections with the science, art, math, design around them, increasing their creative confidence and potentially re-engaging them with what’s being taught in school.
Prior to this, Neeraj ji was the Managing Director of Ciena India, where he led the establishment, from scratch to a US-based multinational NASDAQ enlisted entity. Since its inception, Ciena India has had a broad community outreach program, including a computer education program for underprivileged kids. Over 250 children benefited from this over five years.
Prior to Ciena, Neeraj ji was an early stage member of the Lightera Networks team (a Silicon Valley-based venture) which was acquired by Ciena Corporation in 1999 for $460M. Before 1999, Neeraj ji held research and development positions at Bell Northern Research and Nortel.
An alumnus of La Martiniere College, Lucknow, Neeraj ji has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and is a famous dropout from the MBA program at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
He is also the vice president & MD of a successful e-commerce company called Monotype Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Neeraj ji has 12 US patents. He has lived in three countries and ten cities. He enjoys golf, singing, running and travel.

A team from the GNCTD Task Force on Promoting Entrepreneurship visited SIIF on Thursday, 09 Dec. 2021. They interacted with SIIF incubatees, students from Yuva (the SSCBS Entrepreneurship Cell) and the Directors of SIIF. They took lots of inputs and shared many suggestions and ideas as well. This coming together of all stakeholders gives us great hope for further strengthening the entrepreneurial landscape in Delhi.
